ABOUT US
The Church of Christ believes the scriptures are the inspired Word of God. It is our desire for the church and mankind to look to the bible for the pattern and authority to guide our Christian lives and worship God in spirit and truth.
2 Timothy 3:16-17
"All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work."
OUR MISSION
It is our effort to follow Jesus' command in spreading the Gospel of Christ.
Matt 28:19-20
"Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
THE LORDS SUPPER
We observe the Lord's Supper on the first day of every week as commanded.
1 Corinthians 11:23-25
For I received from the Lord that which I also delivered to you: that the Lord Jesus on the same night in which He was betrayed took bread; and when He had given thanks, He broke it and said, “Take, eat; this is My body which is broken for you; do this in remembrance of Me.” In the same manner He also took the cup after supper, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in My blood. This do, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me.”
